CRC Product Services is a support service group of the Christian Reformed Church (CRC) in North America. It is the branch of the church designated to provide printing, publishing, and distribution services for the various agencies of the church. On behalf the CRC denomination, these agencies and offices are responsible for broad range of functions including but not limited to: member development and education, social justice issues, domestic and foreign missions, and domestic and foreign relief programs. The services we provide to these agencies include: design for print, audio/visual, video, and web; audio/visual and video production; prepress; print and bindery production; and mailing and distribution functions.

Preparing quality materials for reproduction requires many different kinds of artists for a wide variety of products: designers, calligraphers, illustrators, and photographers all working in any number of mediums.

To meet the basic requirements, an artist must be able to:

• communicate a concept or idea with style while maintaining clarity
• design or illustrate with the end-use and usability of the final product clearly in mind
• produce work that conforms to industry-acceptable standards for reproduction
• include in the assigned work a multi-cultural, multi-racial sensitivity
• maintain a high level of professionalism

In addition to these basic requirements, each project may have more specific requirements.

Consideration for payment is based on the complexity of the project, the project's budget, and turn-around time. Artwork is usually purchased for one-time use only and remains the property of the artist. Art is returned promptly after use.
